Laura Dobrzynski
Laura is a graduate of Jaya’s 200-hour yoga teacher training and has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She views movement as a meditative practice, a metaphor, and a training ground for play. Each class should be a conversation with oneself that balances effort and ease. By exploring breath, alignment, and motion, yoga allows every mind to reconnect with the body. She aims to create a space that allows bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities to come home to themselves and come to understand that the practice constantly changes to meet you where you are.
