Swedish

Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. It has shown to be helpful in reducing pain and joint stiffness as well as increasing poor circulation.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. This controlled pressure alleviates the source of the discomfort.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage is based on ayurveda and yoga. The technique combines massage with yoga-like positions during the course of the massage.

Reiki

Reiki is a healing art that uses light touch with meditative focus to produce a profoundly grounding and restful experience. All of our Reiki practitioners have been initiated by Master Ellen Sokolow.

Craniosacral

Craniosacral therapy is a holistic therapy that involves the manipulation of the skull bones and sacrum to assuage pain and various other malignancies.
